ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 4th respondent and give necessary Police protection to petitioner and his wife for their life and limb based on his complaint, dated 03.11.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the earlier complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the third respondent. Subsequently, the petitioner has given an another complaint against the fourth respondent, the same is pending enquiry and it would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the third respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
