ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent Police is not harassing the petitioner; that an enquiry is pending against the petitioner in C.S.R.No.437 of 2025; and that the same would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. It is needless to say that the respondent Police in the guise of enquiry cannot harass any person. However, if the petitioner's presence is required for enquiry, the respondent Police shall issue summons and complete the enquiry within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
