ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.15 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that investigation was conducted on the basis of the impugned FIR and the same was closed as 'further action dropped' and a report has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

3. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.11.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Lm 2/4
