This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to sanction and disburse the entire loan amount of Rs.1,29,000/- based on the bona fide certificate issued by R.V.S. College of Engineering and Technology, Dindigul, dated 19.12.2012.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing appearing for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed.
