O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2013 seeking to issue house site patta in his name in respect of the vacant natham house site land in S.No.517/4 to an extent of 2100 sq.ft., situate at Kodumbapatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, by extending the benefit of Government Order No.854 Revenue Ni.Mu.1(2) Department dated 30.12.2006.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has expired and the petition may be closed with liberty to the legal heirs to approach this Court for appropriate remedy, if so required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
