ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to file the final report in Crime No.31 of 2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to registration of FIR, investigation was completed and a final report has been filed in C.C.No.123 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottapidaram.
