ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.39 of 2020 within a time period stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of two (2) months.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the second respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
