Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner has repaid the entire loan amount and the loan account has been closed.

2.In view of the above submission, the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
