ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned proceedings, dated 5.3.2013, issued by the first respondent, by which, a direction was issued to both the petitioner and the third respondent to carryout the administrative control till the survey numbers are suitably amended as per Notification.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Government with regard to inclusion of the survey numbers in the Panchayat and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
