ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to waive penalty with regard to contract work, based on the petitioner's representations dated 05.12.2012 and 20.02.2013.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing appearing for the respondent submits that the representations of the petitioner, dated 05.12.2012 and 20.02.2013, have been rejected by the respondent, vide order, dated 24.06.2013.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the same.
