CrlMP(MD)No.17526 of 2025 in CrlA(MD)No.335 of 2023 on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6587 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.335 of 2023 dated 07.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 28.03.2025 till today, without fail. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.

4. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner to stay at Tiruppur and appear before the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur North Police Station, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6587 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.335 of 2023 dated 07.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every month until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
