ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The above petitions have been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in its order, dated 16.06.2025, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7352 & 7353 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)Nos.360 & 346 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.

4. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)Nos.7352 & 7352 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)Nos.360 & 346 of 2025, 2/4

dated 16.06.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court, on the first working day of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
