(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to shift the cremation ground which is situated in Survey No.525/23 in Edayankulam Village, Sivagiri Taluk to some other place.

2.The grievance appears to be to shift the cremation ground to some other place. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the District Collector on 26.11.2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.We do not express any opinion on the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2012 except to direct the District Collector to take a decision on the merits of the issue taking into consideration the claim of the persons concerned. 4.With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
