By asserting that the petitioner was the owner of 5 cents in survey Nos.663/1A and 663/1B, the petitioner has requested for disbursement of compensation in relation to the acquisition thereof.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He has handed over a copy of the award. He submits that compensation would be remitted into the petitioner's account within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. By recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
