O R D E R
The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondent to pass orders on the Petitioner's representation, dated 1.2.2013.
2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that he made a representation seeking alternate employment on account of illhealth. However till his retirement, the alternate employment was not provided and he was allowed to retire from service as Driver. However, the terminal and retirement benefits due to the Petitioner has not been settled so far. In this regard,the Writ Petitioner had submitted a representation to the respondent on 1.2.2013 and the same is yet to be considered.
3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the Petitioner on 1.2.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation and the documents, if any, along with a copy of this order to the respondent, for further action.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
