ORDER

The petitioner seeks direction to the first respondent for transfer of investigation in Crime No.240 of 2025 from the file of the second respondent to any other Investigating Officer mainly on the ground that the second respondent is not conducting any effective investigation and that there is a delay in the conduct of investigation.

2. This Court on considering the petition finds no reason to transfer the investigation. However, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conclude the investigation in Crime No.240 of 2025 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which shall be monitored by the first respondent.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
