O R D E R

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to disburse the pay, pay arrears and other arrears amounting to Rs.5.94,717/-(Rupees five lakhs ninety four thousand seven hundred and seventeen only) to the Petitioner or as applicable arrear amount in accordance with the existing rules and regulations pertaining to the respondents Corporation. 2.The grievance of the Petitioner is that he was employed as Conductor and on account of severe ill-ness, he was provided with alternate job namely, Light Duty. However, the Petitioner is now working in the Transport Corporation and receiving the salary. The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the pay applicable to him has not been paid and the arrears due to him are also not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disbursed till today. In this regard, the Petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent on 14.3.2013 and the same is yet to be considered.

3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the Petitioner on 14.03.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation and the documents, if any, along with a copy of this order to the first respondent, for further action.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
