ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to issue a direction to complete the proceedings in the case filed by the petitioner in C.C.No.121 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, within the reasonable time stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, to complete the trial in C.C.No.121 of 2024 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
