This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. This Court is modifying the order portion in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20277 of 2025 dated 17.11.2025, that paragraph No.1, shall be substituted as follows: "The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(A), 4(1)(C) and 14(A) of The Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2024, in Crime No.599 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail."

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order dated 17.11.2025 and issue fresh order copy to the parties.

4. Further, time is extended for a period of fifteen days to produce the sureties before the concerned Court.
