This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner, so as to enable her to get patta for her land admeasuring 4140 square feet, situates in Survey No.25/30, Sankarapuram Panchayat, Sekkalakottai Village, Sivagangai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ District.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing appearing for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
