ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent Chief Educational Officer to approve the appointment of K.Soumiya as BT Assistant (English) w.e.f.02.01.2025 in the petitioner-school with all attendance, monetary benefits and allowances.

2. Heard the submission of both sides counsel and perused the materials available on record.

3. Eventhough the petitioner has sought for a positive direction seeking to direct the third respondent to approve appointment of K.Soumia as BT Assistant (Engilish) by considering his proposal in 2/4

Mu.Mu.No.2117/A2/2025 dated 22.08.2025, this Court without going into the merits of the claim made in the writ petition, directs the third respondent to consider the proposal of the petitioner dated 22.08.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
