ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the present office bearers of the respondent Association, namely (i) T.K.Paramasivam, S/o.Kalimuthu, President, and (ii) K.K.Sridhar, S/o.K.R.Kannan, Treasurer, in the place of the respondents (1) P.Rajendran and (2) K.R.Kannan, respectively, in A.S.(MD)No.99 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition. 2/4

3. Mr.M.R.S.Prabu, learned counsel, appeared on behalf of the 1st respondent and has not raised any objection to allow this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
