Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to take over the management of the school, Ambika Balar Padasalai, an Educational School situated in Santhaipettai Malai, Ariyamangalam, Trichy in accordance with Section 34 of the Tamilnadu Recognized Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 1973 in the interest of school management and poor children in the locality within a reasonable time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to take over the management of the school, namely, Ambika Balar Padasalai, situates in Santhaipettai Malai, Ariyamangalam, Trichy, as per Section 34 of the Tamil Nadu Recognized Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 1973, in the interest of school management and poor children in the locality, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the competent authority afresh.
