O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that this is a third anticipatory bail petition and already two petitions were dismissed.

2. Since there is no change in circumstances the present petition cannot be considered. It is seen the contraband is lesser quantity. Two previous cases against the petitioner are under IPC offence and only one is under NDPS Act case.

3. Hence, the petitioner is directed to submit an application before the trial Court and on such submission, the same shall be considered on the same day as per law.

4. With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. (S S Y J) 20.11.2025 ksa 2/4
