This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2013, seeking to remove the encumbrance entered by the respondent in respect of the property bearing S.No.286 to an extent of 45 cents out of total extent of 3 acres and 2 cents situated at Thottamuthu Village, Dindigul Taluk, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Dindigul District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
