Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 3 to 5 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 17.09.2025 with regard to the removal of Transformer from petitioner s landed property in S. No. 42/6A and 42/6C in Karisal patti village, Thirumangalam Panchayat union, Madurai District and erect the same in the allotted land given to the TANGEDCO.

ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 3 to 5 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 17.09.2025 with regard to the removal of Transformer from petitioner s landed property in S. No. 42/6A and 42/6C in Karisal patti village, Thirumangalam Panchayat union, Madurai District and erect the same in the allotted land given to the TANGEDCO " 2/6

2. Mr.D.Sasi Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 3 to 5.

3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents on instructions would submit that the authorities have agreed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.09.2025 and shift the transformer from the petitioner's property subject to the petitioner bearing the expenses.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also agreed to the same.

6. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is directed to pay the requisite charges for shifting the above said transformer from his property within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such payment being made by the petitioner, the respondent authorities are directed to shift the transformer from the petitioner's property within a period of four weeks therefrom.

7. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
