Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is the mastermind behind the alleged online trading fraud. He further submitted that only A-1 has been arrested and the other accused persons are still absconding.

2. Considering the magnitude of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
