Ms.No.210 dated 14.08.2009 and G.O. Ms.No.190 dated 12.07.2010 in favour of the petitioner further to grant arrears of pay to the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

The Prayer in these writ petition is as follows:- " To issue writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his Proceedings Letter 1 (D) No.59/G1/2013 dated 11.03.2013 and Letter 1 (D) No.93/G1/2013 dated 12.04.2013 respectively and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents to extend the benefits of the Government Orders in G.O.Ms.No.210 dated 14.08.2009 and G.O. Ms.No.190 dated 12.07.2010 in favour of the petitioner further to grant arrears of pay to the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court."

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in similar writ petitions in W.P(MD)Nos.3836 and 3837 of 2014, this Court has directed the respondents to extend the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.210, School Education, dated 14.08.2009 to the petitioner therein. He further submitted that the facts of the present case are also one and the same with that of the facts in the other matters.

3. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents is not disputing the above said contention.

4. Considering the fact that the present writ petitions are also covered by the order passed by this Court earlier, these Writ Petitions are allowed by following the order passed in W.P(MD)Nos.3836 and 3837 of 2014 dated 17.03.2014 and the respondents are directed to extend the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.210, School Education, dated 14.08.2009 to the petitioners and pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
