*********** [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Public Interest Litigation alleging that there is encroachment in Survey No.100/1 at Sakkottai Group, Puduvayal, Karaikudi Taluk, claiming that it is a Oorani.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that as of now, there is no such encroachment at all on the said land. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned Government Advocate, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
