ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to delete the name of the 2nd respondent from the Tax Assessment Nos.114717 and 114716. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side, reported that the prayer of the petitioner is met with and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
