Respondents PRAYER :- Civil revision petition filed under article 227 of the Constitution of India, to expedite the hearing in the execution petition in E.P.No. 9 of 2020 in O.S.No. 4 of 2018, on the file of Learned Sub Judge, Lalgudi and dispose of the same within the time limit fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Learned Sub Judge, Lalgudi, for early disposal of E.P.No. 9 of 2020 in O.S.No. 4 of 2018.

2.This Court, vide order dated 11.02.2026, had directed the Learned Sub Judge, Lalgudi, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending E.P and in compliance of the same, the Learned Sub Judge, Lalgudi, had sent a report vide proceedings in D.No.157, dated 18.02.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the E.P till date, which was addressed to the Additional Registrar General. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending E.P is 236 and the pendency of the E.P in the year 2020 is 7.

3. Considering the fact that the present E.P is of the year 2020, the learned Sub Judge, Lalgudi, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of E.P.No. 9 of 2020 in O.S.No. 4 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
