ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4192 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025 for the appearance before the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Town Police Station, Tirunelveli instead of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CRL MP(MD). No.18368 of 2025 S.SRIMATHY,J PJL conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for modification of the said condition since the petitioner and his family members are now residing in Tirunelveli.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is completed and charge sheet is yet to be filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
