This petition has been filed to recall the order dated 14.08.2025 made in W.P.(MD)No.22006 of 2025 filed by the petitioners / review applicants herein.
2. The writ petition was disposed of by us by recording the statement of the learned Special Government Pleader that the construction in question would come up only in survey No.69/3B2 and survey No.69/5A. The learned counsel for the review applicants submitted that the construction is being put up in survey No.69/5B in the middle of the pond.

3. The respondents were confronted with the statement and the earlier stand was reiterated. In fact, the written instructions given from the Tahsildar, Cheranmahadevi were produced before us. If the construction is coming up in survey No.69/5B, prima facie it is open to the petitioners to file contempt petition. With this liberty to the petitioners, this petition stands disposed of.
