ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to accept the document dated 28.02.2013 executed by Rajalakshmi and Boomiraju in favour of the petitioners and register the same in accordance with law.

Making such prayer, the petitioner has made a representation on 18.03.2013 to the respondent. The said representation has not been considered sofar. Hence, he has come forward with the above-said prayer.

In such view of the matter, suffice it to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2013 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the other interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation dated 18.03.2013 along with a copy of this order.
