Heard both sides.

2. The memorandum of deposit of title deed dated 05.11.2025 executed by the writ petitioner in favour of the State Bank of India was presented for registration. The registering officer informed the petitioner that since the land in question has not been uploaded in the departmental website, the document cannot be registered.

3. My attention is drawn to the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench vide order dated 03.06.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.3863 of 2025 (K.Sivayegnesh Vs. The Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Chennai). The writ petition pertained to Ravanasamuthiram Revenue Village wherein the petition-mentioned properties are located. The Hon'ble Division Bench passed the following directions:- "3. The counter affidavit filed by the 2/5

3 W.P.(MD)NO.32800 OF 2025 Tahsildar, Tenkasi Taluk, indicates that the process of uploading the pattas and chittas in the online portal will take at least four months time to complete the same in all respects, including rectification of errors.

4. It is needless to state that the process of uploading the pattas and chittas in the online portal is to be completed as expeditiously as possible, since uploading of pattas and chittas in the online portal renders a greater assistance to the general public as well as the District Administration.

5. Thus, the respondents are directed to expedite the process of uploading the pattas and chittas in the online portal within the period as stated in the counter affidavit filed by the fifth respondent."

4. The period stipulated by the Hon'ble Division Bench had since expired. The authorities concerned have to ensure that the land details of Ravanasamuthiram Revenue Village are uploaded within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I will assume for the purpose of this case that the petition-mentioned land can be dealt with. The authorities concerned shall carry out all measures so that the petition-mentioned land can be dealt with by 3/5
