Alleging that the order of this Court dated 16.04.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.9969 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioners have come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 16.04.2025, passed in W.P.(MD) No.9969 of 2025, has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 21.01.2026 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.12858/2025/D4 is produced before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
