ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 4th and 5th respondents to attach the properties of M/s.Neo Max Properties Pvt. Ltd., and its sister concerns, as identified by the petitioner in Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar Taluk, Virudhunagar Joint SubD No.2, Document Nos.4510/2013, 4511/2023, 4512/2023, 4737/2023, 4738/2023, 4821/2023, 4922/2023 & 4471/2023 of 2/5

Virudhunagar Joint SubD No.1 Document Nos.4483/2022 & 847/2023 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 06.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondents are conducting the enquiry and are taking effective steps to attach properties identified by the petitioner and the action will be taken within a period of six weeks.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the respondents are directed to take appropriate action, after completing the enquiry, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
