O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has filed this Public Interest Litigation to forbear the respondents from quarrying the land in Survey No.105, Madakulam Village, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there was no representation for the petitioner. The third respondent, viz., the Tahsildar, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District has filed a report, wherein he has stated that all the allegations are false and that the petitioner has also filed an affidavit admitting the same.

3.Having regard to all the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
