PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the Respondents to provide suitable job to the Petitioner on Compassionate Ground based on the Petitioner's Educational Qualification as well as based on the Petitioner's Mother Representation dated 19.08.2015, which is pending more than 10 years within the stipulated time period fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to provide suitable job to the Petitioner on Compassionate Ground based on the Petitioner's Educational Qualification as well as based on the Petitioner's Mother Representation dated 19.08.2015 which is pending more than 10 years.
2. Considering the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment is under process as evidenced from the communication of the second respondent dated 29.11.2022, the fourth respondent is 2/5
directed to comly with the communication dated 29.11.2022 and submit a report as sought for there in within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the second respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of report of the fourth respondent. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
