O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to return the consent deed dated 23.11.2011 presented by the petitioner for registration on 19.01.2012 after making necessary endorsement with regard to deficit stamp duty if any within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already filed an appeal in C.M.A.No.1248 and 205 of 2014, before this Court challenging the order of the Inspector General of Registration.

3. In view of the same, the petitioner is not entitled for the release of the documents. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to approach the Court subject to the outcome of the two Civil Miscellaneous Appeals which are pending before this Court. No costs.
