ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 17625 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions made, the condition No.(b) at Para No.5 imposed against the petitioners in the order dated 14.10.2025 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
