The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the first respondent made in G.O.Ms.No.136, Home (Transport III) Department, dated 23.02.2011 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Extraordinary Gazette No.69, dated 23.02.2011 and quash the same.

2. Heard the submissions made on either side.

3. This Court, by order dated 18.04.2018, in W.P.(MD)No.2893 of 2011, has set aside the Scheme framed by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.136, Home (Transport III) Department, dated 23.02.2011 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Extraordinary Gazette No.69, dated 23.02.2011.
