Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 07.08.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.21579 of 2025 has been duly complied with. A copy of the certificate dated 29.11.2025 issued by the respondent relating to the survey of the land has been produced before this Court.
