ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to provide adequate Police protection for the petitioner's life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 19.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The respondents shall communicate the result of the said enquiry to the petitioner forthwith. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of the said enquiry, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
