ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.787 of 2016 and file the final report in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to registration of FIR, investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.
