ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to give promotion to the petitioner as per the circular issued by the first respondent dated 30.05.2025 and subsequent clarification issued by the second respondent dated 26.09.2025 and in accordance with law within a time limit as stipulated by this Court.

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner dated 18.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
