2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition No(ii) imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, in Crl.M.P.No.3734 of 2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit cash security of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five thousand only) before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.
