Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to publish the 1st semester result of the petitioner for the examinations held on 15.11.2012 and 19.11.2012 for the course of M.Phil Full Time Degree Course for the academic year 2012-2013 in the 3rd respondent institution and permit her to write the 2nd semester examinations to be held on 26.04.2013. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Radhakrishnan For Respondents 1 and 2 : Mr.M.Mahaboob Athiff for M/s.Ajmal Associates.

For Respondent No.3 : Mr.K.Prabhu for M/s.Isaac Chambers.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to publish the 1st semester result of M.Phil Full Time Degree Course of the petitioner for the examinations held on 15.11.2012 and 19.11.2012, for the academic year 2012-2013 and permit her to write her 2nd semester examinations, to be held on 26.04.2013.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side, reported that the prayer of the petitioner is met with and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
