ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to comply with provisions of the Tamil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1988, for procuring the articles, to Mahatama Gandhi Hospital, Tiruchirappalli.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing appearing for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
