2 W.M.P.(MD)No.27384 of 2025 Prayer:To vacate the interim injunction in WMP(MD) No.11580 of 2025 in WP(MD)No.15324 of 2025 dated 10.06.2025 and thus render justice.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. This writ petition was filed apprehending that the authorities are intending to lay a road across the petition-mentioned river.

3. Recording the said submission, we had granted interim injunction on 10.06.2025 in W.M.P.(MD)No.11580 of 2025. To vacate the same, this petition has been filed by the District Administration.

4. The learned Additional Advocate General categorically states that there is no proposal to lay any road across the river in question. What is to be proposed to be constructed is only a bridge. It is undertaken that as a result of construction of the bridge, free flow of water will not in any way be affected. Recording the said undertaking, the interim injunction granted earlier is vacated. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
